  • YOUTH ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
    NODC believes that every child while being admitted into our program will develop a youth assessment program, this program will outline goals that the client would have to abide by upon completion of our program.
  • COMMITMENT FROM THE COMMUNITY
    NODC also believes that all organizations must have the support of the community by developing good community relationships with services such as: Businesses, Educational institutions, Religious Institutions, Social Organizations and countless number of other nonprofit organizations and individuals.
  • UNDERSTANDING
    NODC believes that all clients should have expectations so they will have a full understanding of boundaries and rules related to the program. This will place the level of responsibility on the client, so they will then be able to take ownership of their own thoughts and actions
  • POSITIVE FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS
    NODC believes that developing positive relationships with clients and families through follow-up appointments and workshops, will give the client and family the opportunity to develop a stronger and healthier relationship that is based on trust and boundaries.
  • TEAMWORK
    NODC believes that we must work as a team in-order to provide the best service possible. Teamwork will be established through a series of meetings, activities and workshops that will allow clients to work as a team to accomplish a certain goal.
