Outreach Programs
This (transition part of program) focuses on providing counseling, goal setting, clothing, transportation, money management, credit establishment and/or restoration, health care, establishing a strong support system and referrals or assistance in locating suitable shelters for ex-offenders, veterans, the elderly, the homeless and the people that exemplify a need
Crisis Intervention Program
This program consists of monthly three-day workshops to provide preventive and rehabilitative training and/or instruction to individuals that use or abuse drugs and alcohol. We will also conduct educational seminars addressing - prevention and rehabilitation for HIV/AIDS/STD, relapse, domestic violence, anger, self-esteem, confidence, and various mental illness.
Job Training Program
This program is to provide instructions for people who exemplify a need in areas ranging from - communication, resume writing to interviewing. Also have classes to provide individuals within the community with the skills necessary to obtain employment. We will partnership with local and state agencies to support the growth and enhancement of community development.
The Social Skills Enrichment Program
- This program focuses on "the whole individual" to bring forth social skills. this may include but is not limited to weekly modules (via computer and/or individual or group setting)), workshops, seminars, and various speakers to address dating, social interacting with the public and others, conflict resolution, communication skills, personal upkeep (appearance/image), selfesteem, attitude, peer pressure, boundaries, etiquette, hygiene, respect (self and others), honesty, decision-making and giving back
Prevention Program
To promote self-awareness, self-esteem and prevent "at risk" individuals of all ages from entering the criminal justice system. This will be achieved by targeting at risk behaviors such as gang involvement, mental health issues and concerns, social support, relationships, substance abuse and various other problematic behavioral issues
Case Management
Case manager is designated in each region to offer an advocate to coordinate services for those that we serve and link them all to all services within our agency, community, and society.
